1.1. Regular-Priced Items: If you’ve purchased a regular-priced item and noticed a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you have the option to request a free replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of product delivery along with the required photo proof.
1.2. Sales Items: All items marked as sales items are considered final sale and are not eligible for replacement or refund. We encourage you to carefully consider your choices before confirming your order.
2. Return Process:
2.1. Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

2.3. Upon approval of your request, you will receive clear instructions on the return process, including the return address and any essential shipping details.
2.4. It’s imperative that the returned item(s) remain in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
